Patches - UIL Sweepstake patches can be ordered until Friday, May 4th. They are $4.50 each. The order forms are in the large band hall. An order form and money need to be placed in the booster filing cabinet. I will NOT order extras or order without payment.
May 12 concert - BBQ plate tickets are now on sale for $6.00. Tickets may be purchased from the band directors. We will be serving food from 1pm until 9pm in the commons area on May 12. Raffle tickets and other items will be for sale as well.
We need volunteers to help with the concession area and to donate desserts - cookies, pies, cakes - for us to sell in the concession area. Let us know if you can help.
Banquet - banquet is May 18th. All current band students are free and do not need a ticket to enter. Any guests need to purchase tickets on MAY 12th. They are $15.00 each. THIS IS THE ONLY DAY YOU CAN BUY TICKETS. You need a ticket even if you don't want to eat. Students will not be allowed to attend the banquet if they still owe money to the band.
